TURN IT UP CHRIS!

KALIMERA!!!
Since I'm nearing the one month out mark (deep breath) I think it's time to preview the music for you. And by preview I mean all 2 minutes of it. This sucker is gonna be an all out sprint. Holy cow. I'm working with my Choreographer Heather today and I'm soooooo excited! She teaches aerobics & was a dancer for our Arena II Football team here in the Can, so she knows what I'm looking for, style wise!


Anyway, this week has been a FANTASTIC one!! I skipped a cardio on Tuesday, but I'm not fretting. Also, last night I had black beans with my tuna........NOT on the diet, but again.......no fretting here! :) :)

Please feel free to comment on the music. Like I said, you may likey, you may not, but you can't deny you aren't bouncing around in your seat! :) LOVE IT!

LABOR DAY BIKE RIDE!!!!!!!!

What a FANTASTIC day! Just yesterday we decided, let's head to the Idaho/Montana border (about 90 min. away) and "RIDE THE HIAWATHA".

It's 15 miles-- all a gradual downhill-- and we had a blast! :) Here are some pix & a video. ENJOY!! :)

Boom chicka boom

Amazing. My music for my 2 min. routine is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!
I'm so pumped. I literally can't sit still when I listen to it (can I EVER sit still though......)
My friend from Phat Camp, Megan (Hi, other Megan from Phat Camp!!!) has done a handful of shows & soooooo graciously burned a copy of her music for me, saving me lots of $.
It's def. has almost a cheerleader vibe to it, but also has hip-hop thru-out. It's gonna be AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So, I'm going to upload it so you all can hear it. Some of you will love it, some of you probably won't love it, but..........it's all good, it's entertainment and that's what I intend to do: Entertain the crowd! They won't be able to sit still in their seats!!!!!!!! :)

Off to the gym......that dang stairmill & I have a date.

Ooooooh boy......

YAY!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so pumped: My best friend & maid of honor has decided to join blog world!!!!! 1st of all, this is lonnnng over due because she's really destined to be a writer (she's a CPA for now!) 2nd, she's frickin' hilarious so following her journey will be fun. She's heading DOWN to Australia for vacation in 10 weeks and wants to looks SMOKIN, so we all know how a blog can keep you motivated & accountable (ha ha) so she started one. LAKE 08

Had another wonderful weekend at the lake. I ate well, ran three times & did some hill sprints! Oh, and I went kayaking too!
Here are some pix of BEAUTIFUL Coeur D'Alene Idaho! The first pix are me showing off on the boat. This is super hard with the boat rocking back & forth...it took a couple takes! The third one is one of our favorite bays, the last one is me paddling.

So as I was surfing around on Self.com this afternoon....I was reading some "celebrity" blog stuff & found this too funny: (Just a snipet from an interview with Hilary Duff)

HILARY DUFF: With everything! Seriously, my body changed in three weeks. I've always been really muscular; that's why pilates is good for me. I have broad shoulders and if I do weights or something I'll bulk up and feel manly, but pilates lengthens me out. Also you feel really powerful.



**Really? Do you know how many women read Self & probably believe this crap? She's a celebrity, she must really know her stuff.......... Anyway, just wanted to share that......don't get me started on half the stuff in print 'targeted at women'. The stuff is nonsense......**

But I digress.........HAD AN AWESOME 5:30am workout AGAIN!!!!!!! YAYA!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm just relaxing right now, then I'm heading to the gym for some more cardio.
