Had a WONDERFUL time at the Lake. We're heading back out there Friday morning for a few nights. Got my workout in while out there! It was hot, but I did it! I'm going to post a picture, but not until tomorrow. I did an AMAZING stair workout. Had my IPOD and just kicked it out. There are 50 total stairs with 2 lands, the first two sections are pretty steep. My goal was 15, (up AND down, singles then doubles) but went ahead and did 20. Not quite sure about my total time, but was sufficiently drenched & heartrate was pumpin.
Today I did morning cardio & shoulders this afternoon.
Tomorrow is morning cardio & chest/back.
