HI GUYS!!!!!!!!!
Today I did my AM cardio at the gym, which is unusual becuase i typically roll out of bed and head downstairs. But going to the gym........dang it I actually have to make an effort. And dress properly. NO WAY would i rock my schwetty's attire at the gym. It's pretty tacky....... :) :)
ANYWAY. My hubby lifted while I did the stairs..........Gauntlet/Stairmill/Hell......however you refer to it! I did 25 mins. Rotating clockwise every minute. Regular/side step/backwards/sidestep......you get the idea. Then finished with 15 min. incline walking, squeezing the booty hard each stride.
Now, I just finished up at work, gonna head home, relax a little, then go do my trackwork combined with Leg work!
That's if for now! Offically 12 weeks out!!!!!!!!!!!!! YEAH YEAHH

I like this.
These words totally pertain to me. Gosh, a good, balanced & healthy diet is such a huge part in this process!!!!!!!!
"YOU CAN'T OUT-EXERCISE A BAD EATING PLAN."
My working out can be on point, but if my eating isn't, then I'm wasting my time. That thought keeps me going. I'm not wasting any time here, folks! :) :)
Finished AM cardio, back workout after work, then hip-hop tonight!

Tuesdays Track Workout & Of course: TURBO!
Yesterday I did a WONDERFUL track workout. (No where near as tough as Jessica's, though, her's are crazy!) But I did a few rounds of stairs/lunges/squats/step-ups and threw a couple laps in just for the fun. Run forwards then turn around and jog backwards. Good stuff. Felt pretty good today!
YESSSSSS, for no morning cardio on Wednesdays!!!!!!!!! That was a welcomed break. I had 5 appointments today, now I'm getting ready to head for the gym to lift before I teach. Fun times!
Ohhhh boy, yesterday I also started my Hip-Hop class. It's just twice a week for four weeks and it's a LOT of fun! There are only nine gals in there and our first dance was to M.C. Hammer: Can't touch this! (That song will be in your head the rest of the day........)

p.s. Thanks for the nice comments on my 13 week out pix. I honestly wish I could agree, but really: a tan & heels are to thank. I have my work cut out for me...........keep watchin :) :)

NEW DIET!
YAYYY!!!!!!!!!! New diets are always fun. I'm officially 12 weeks out, plus Prep week (so 13 weeks total) and we're doing diets every four weeks. This four weeks should be AWESOME. Great eats and tons of various cardio routines (Mike Davies does my Nutrition, and he does the cardio programs, too! By the way, he & his staff: AMAZING!)
Today I've done Shoulders & cardio, plus I'll do my evening cardio after work.
Feeling really great!
Hope everyone enjoyed their 4th! We were at the lake for a couple nights. I made an ice cream birthday cake for my bro-in-law. It was Sooooooooo good. Yes, I ate it! :)

Later this week I'll get around to describing in detail what exactly I'm doing. Yes, a fitness competition, but what does that mean???? :) I'll go into more detail for those followers who don't understand it!
