This weekend we did a couple bikes rides--just gorgeous outside!!
Lifting & diet have been close to on-point, GOOD STUFF!!!
Yesterday was chest/tri's & cardio
Today is cardio & legs.
Tomorrow is off lifting, but I teach Turbokick.
Yesterday I "shadowed" my trainer for a couple hours to see how she trains....more on that to come.
