Turbo!

If anybody was really interested in studying the true effects of Endorphins, they really ought to study my brain after a Turbokick class. Silly, I know, but SERIOUSLY, folks, this class and the intensity we keep, holy cow I have some serious neurons firing!!!!!!! Well, I don't know the correct terminology, but you know what I mean. It's not a runners' high for me, its a TURBO high!! Good stuff!!!!!!
