Holy QUADS...........Tuesday mornings workout was legs and I'm still feeling it today! That made yesterdays' turbokick class kinda hard, but after I was warmed up, it was alright! :)
This morning was upperbody and this afternoon I have cardio.
Still feeling good. This whole wake up at 5:30 twice a week takes a while to get used to.....
Tomorrow is a track workout and those are always fun!
