Yayy! I LOVE TRACK WORKOUTS! Well, at least stair work, I do love that!
Tonight we went to the track down the block and did 5 up and downs, then ran a lap, did that 4 times, then ended with 10 more up and down alternating single/quick feet, and long double steps. Goooooood workout!!!
Progress pix, HOPEFULLY Saturday. Need my official 12 week out diet (well, this weekend is 13, but it'll take a few days.......)
That's all. Feeling great! Off to drink my sleepytime tea as I soak in my epsom salt bath!
