Nope, haven't stopped. Still trudging along!! :) Got a new diet! Yay! That's always exciting!!! Guess what........no oats.......we're on Cream of Rice for now....boo hoo. ANYWAY, training HARD, hitting the cardio-two 45 min. sessions a day, most days of the week.
We were at the lake this past weekend, and head there this weekend as well. Staying strong out there, tough, but manageable. (unlimited food...drinks....) again, boo hoo.
Waking up feeling leaner each day. That is good news :)
