Lists....love 'em!!
(taken from www.fitnessspotlite.com)
1.Discussing nutrition in social gatherings is akin to discussing politics or religion. People identify closely with their food.
2.Don’t neglect your health and fitness to pursue monetary success.
3.If you’re in a bad situation (be that job, relationship, or otherwise), first take steps to fix it. If it’s beyond repair, do whatever it takes to get out of it. Life is too short to be miserable.
4.Maintain a few close friendships. I’d rather have 2 or 3 close friends than 50 mere acquaintances.
5.On that note, relationships (with friends and significant others) come and go. People change and grow. Enjoy the time you have with people and let it go when the costs to maintain it outweigh the benefits. Practice non-attachment. Read “The Way To Love” by Anthony De Mello.
6.Apologize quickly. Forgive quickly.
7.Let it go. It’s probably not worth dwelling on.
8.Call your mom.
9.Don’t let anyone crap on your dreams…most people are offended if you want to follow a different path (even if you aren’t an asshole about it). And don’t be an asshole about other people’s dreams either.
10.You make your bed, you lie in it. I’m not talking about sleeping.
11.Live in the present. The past is done and you can’t control the future. Plan for the future. Aim for goals. But don’t miss the present while planning for whatever is next.
12.There are very few facts. Most “facts” are just individual interpretations.
13.You can’t get rich quick, short of robbing a bank or hitting the lottery. I don’t recommend robbing a bank and your odds of hitting the lottery are slim (0.00000000512%)…any number that close to zero might as well be zero. I suggest you just get to working hard.
14.Find a hobby you enjoy. Don’t worry about making money at it. Just have fun with it.
15.Music trumps a movie any day of the week. Rock, classical, jazz, rap, or techno. Doesn’t matter…music, hands down.
16.Don’t spend your life doing things you don’t enjoy. Sure, we all have to attend the occasional wedding or funeral, but if you find yourself being sucked into other people’s idea of fun constantly and it’s not yours, say no. Say it often.
17.Take 90 minutes to watch these two videos: Steve Jobs Commencement Address at Stanford and Randy Pausch’s last lecture. If you’ve seen them, watch them again.
18.Eat high-quality food. If you drink coffee or alcohol, drink high-quality alcohol, high-quality beer, and high-quality spirits.
19.If you’re depressed, there’s probably a reason other than chemical imbalances. Fix it.
20.Meat won’t kill you. Neither will butter. Donuts won’t help though.
21.Just because you get older doesn’t mean you have to age. Here I am, 30 years old, as fast as I was at 18 and stronger, fitter, and healthier than I’ve ever been. I don’t buy the nonsense about how it’s all going to catch up to me at 30 (or 35 or any other age). Things change as you get older: recovery takes longer, injuries are more detrimental, and you can’t abuse yourself like you could at 21. That doesn’t mean you have to turn into mush.
22.Never stop learning. Step outside your comfort zone as often as possible.
23.Set goals, re-evaluate on a regular basis. Spend most of your time doing things that progress you towards those goals.
24.You work for you, regardless of who your employer is. If the demands are unrealistic, remember that you work for you. On that note, use all of your vacation days. They are there for a reason. Don’t let yourself be guilted out of benefits.
25.Don’t concern yourself with other people’s vision of your success.
26.Your health is the most important thing you have. Stay healthy and you’ll be better in every area of your life. Don’t sacrifice health for materiality.
27.Before you give advice, listen. Listen some more. Keep listening.
28.Selfishness is a virtue. Be selfish - take care of yourself first.
29.A relationship or career can’t make you happy, but it can make you miserable.
30.I hate to be cliche and quote a movie, but Andy Dufresne might’ve said it best: “Get busy livin’, or get busy dyin’.” Stop feeling sorry for yourself…no one else does

Raaaandom
OH boy, here are my random thoughts for a monday: enjoy a coffee induced post:
*If you're not a big TV watcher, I completely understand, HOWEVER---yesterday I watched Fantasy Factory on MTV with Rob Dedryck (spelling is off sorry)and this episode had John Mayor in it. Holy cow. I laughed my butt off the entire show. Really really funny. It was the one where they had to "redeem" themselves with Robs' Mom because she heard some bad gossip. Anyway, of course Rob is funny, he has his own show, but really, I had no idea how funny John is. : )
*Also, right now I'm watchin Ellen. The three audience members with hidden talents were absolutly amazing. AND: Vince Vaughn is soooooooooo so so so so funny. Love that guy. My kind of humor! :)
*I am loving about 1/4 taes. of Ciayanne pepper in my oats right now. It makes me soooooo warm, and I eat them slower because of it. Also, if you use Chia seeds, make sure you 'activate them' by lettting them soak in water first. Then you get soooo much volume out of them!!! I swear I am eating my breakfast for 20 minutes there is so much volume!!
*I am tracking my weight more so for the Trend of it than anything. I actually feel great right now. it's nice to go through a fall without contest prep and the crazy ass rebounds (by choice) I always went thru. Anyway, about the weight: It's so fun to see it fluctute in regards to water, and fiber and tons of veggies and what not. Also, after weights I weigh more, too. Soo, I don't care what the number is, I just like the trend. :)
*Yesterday I ran 10 miles in an hour and 45 mins. I iced and epsom salt bathed and I feel awesome today.
*It's soooooooooo freakin cold here. Did I mention it was barely 40degrees during said 10 mile run? Yeah, burrrrr. Also, I'm heading to PetCo to get Bella & Blitz sweaters. I'm not kidding. I walk/run them once or twice a day and I don't want them to freeeeezzzeee!!!!!!!!
*I watched 4 movies this weekend. I was a single mom with four animals and all I did was lounge with the pups/cats. Ohhh yeah I am so cool :) :) (hubby was at a football weekend!)
Love to you all, again, KEEP YOUR GOALS WITH YOU!!!!!!!!!!!
GET SHIT DONE!!!!!!!!!! DO IT TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! CHERISH YOUR LIFE-YOUR LOVED ONES-YOUR HEALTH!!!!!!!!
XOXO~

HOLA HOLA EHHH
Does it get any better than La Bouche for cardio tunes??? :) :) You know you love it!!!
WHAT UP GUYS!?!?!
I am on runner adrenaline right now! Holy cow, I just finished my longest run since March 2004 when I ran the Valley of The Sun 1/2 Mary in Phoenix. Today I did 8 miles!! YAYAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I averaged right at a 10:30 pace and was pretty stoked. I "THOUGHT" about trying for ten, but decided to stay safe and healthy. Perhaps Sunday I'll try for those double digits!
It's been an ohhh so fabulous Rocktober thus far!
I have 19 clients doing my Nutrimirror.com challenge where they attempt to log their food for 28 out of the 31 days. I myself am logging, too! "To get something you've never had, you must do something you've never done" Well, there ya go, I've never been diligent about logging, and I have a goal physique for myself, so what the heck!!!!!!!!
I hope you're all attacking the Month with your goals in hand! You really CAN do anything you set your mind to. Why do we have to remind ourselves this on an hourly, daily, weekly basis?? <---That was a rhetorical question :) :)
Alright ladies and gents, Make it a good evening, I'm out of here.
Love ya much, pass it on
XOXO

1st of tha Monthhhhh
I know Krissa and I are HUGEEEEE on the first of the month------(especially when they fall on mondays, huh!!)
Anyway, just like the other 11--1st days of the month--today is no different.
I have my goal list. all with a little box next to them so I can check it off when achieved! I freakin love making list--but even MORE so, I love checking them off or throwing them away. Especially Post its---I have them on my mirrors at home, on my dashboard, all over my planner, I text myself things when I think of things!!
Soooooooooo, what are your goals for the next 31 days????
I have challenged all of my personal training clients & bootcampers to track their food intake on www.nutrimirror.com
If they do it for the FULL month, they get some free loot!!! :) I'm hoping it's going to be a REALLY great way for people to hold themselves accountable. So, we shall see!!!!!!!!!! I challenge you all to track food for a full month if you're at a plateau or not seeeing the results you had hoped for.
Anyway, All is well, I have plenty of other things on my GOAL list for this month. It's gonna be a good one, I know it!
Oh my gosh, Bella & Blitz (b2) update::::::
WE RAN DOWN THE BLOCK TWO TIMES TODAY!!!!!!! My lil puppers are runners! yay!!!!
They're getting sooo big and are little sweetie pies!
That's it for now!!!!!!!!!!!!!
HAVE YOURSELF A FAAAAABBB rest of the week---feel free to post your goals!
I'll hold you accountable :) :) ):

Randomness
Here are some random thoughts since I likely won't be blogging for a couple days (the start of the week usually slams me!).
* I think Planks are a testament to true ab/core strength. Challenge a friend or significant other to a Plank-Off. Perfect form-toes and forearms and see who can go the longest! Forget floor crunches, plank it baby plank it!!!!!!
*I'm obsessed with homemade hummus. I'll post a recipe next week-but I tell ya, tahini paste and LIME juice (not lemon) make all the difference. I could eat it every day (oh wait, I do!!!)
*Why didn't anyone tell me how FREAKIN AMAZING spaghetti Squash is. Myyy ohhh myyyy, it's fabulous
*Between my clients, Family & Dear Husband, I must log over 100+ texts a day. I am sorry if anyone things it's insincere---I think it's special :)
*When I run on the treadmill I watch Exercise TV on demand. I'm such a "DOWNBEAT SNOB" from my experience as a group fitness instructor--that when Jillian Michaels gets off beat in her "shred it" workouts, I seriously turn it off. I'm not doing the workout, I'm just watching it as I tread along, but still---would it kill you to start your concentric motion on the downbeat?? commmeeee onnnn, it's my pet peeve!!!
Okay, that's all for now! I'm so stoked for Nicole winning Figure O. I think she is outstanding------and she qualified in both Figure AND Fitness.....are you kidding me?!? LOVE HER!!!!!!
REMEMBER!!!!!! Start the week off with a BANG! Get some momentum rolling and kick BUTT!!!!!!!

GOOOOOODDD EVENING (in greek)
Sooooooo, it's FINALLY Friday evening and I've caught my breath! Thank God-It's been a BUSY week and I loved every minute of it!!!!!! I packed a TON in and felt totally energized the whole time! Onnn FIYAAAA!!!!!!
Tonight we went down to the Greek Orthodox Church we got married at and helped at the Greek Bazaar. Holy goodness, this is a HUGEEEEE Event!!!!! My in-laws are in charge of the Green Beans and it's quite a production to doctor them up. They're greek beans with plenty of Olive Oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic to the max and a little S&P. (We were there for a few hours, but then puppy duty required us to be home. B2 had to get out and play for goodness sake!) It was quite a ball down there--I kept hollering at our "Yaiya" to ask if I was doing the concoction correctly, and about Three or Four different ladies would turn around & answer (all referred to as Yaiya as well) Lots of laughs, plenty of Greek Beans, loukamathes for Em, Mythos for hubby and garlic & oregano smelling hands for the whole evening! :) :) :) love it!
This weekend will be full of relaxation! We're planning a Fitness Saturday filled with bikes and maybe hikes??
Oh, my Garmin has been so fabulous this week. I've clocked over 17 miles. Low and slow (as my Papa says) as to not rush into running and get hurt, but DANG I'm hooked.
There ya go, have yourself a fabulous weekend
Oh, one more thing----If you're keeping tabs on the Olympia-I will voice my opinion real quick-------simply put---I will NEVER strive for a PRO FITNESS body. Nope.
LOVE~

HOLLA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think you've just gotta change your mind set and say BRING IT ON MONDAY!!!! :) Make your monday as fabulous as a friday! Why must we wait for a "GREAT" day to happen the latter part of the week? DO IT TODAY!!!!!!!!
Alright, enough of that! I hope some of you maybe tried my recent "INSPIRE 2 PERSPIRE" cardio session. I did it Sat. and it kicked my booty!!!!! Loved it!
Yesterday I did a quick 3 miles in 28 mins. For me that was FLYIN! Pretty sweet! Felt awesome! Possibly today (maybe tomorrow) I'm going to set my virtual training partner and do a slow (11 min. mile) 6 miler! yahhh!
So, yesterday after church, I had a little shameless photoshoot so I could get a good pic of the dress I wore to the seattle wedding (didnt get any fullbody pix there). My momma picked it out while they were up here, and I lUVVVEEED IT!!!!!!!! It was so comfortable! DressBarn of all places!!!!

Allllright! IT'S FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!!!! To make that even BETTER, It's THE END OF THE DAY, FRIDAY!!!!!! :)
I hope you've all had a fabulously productive week.
Using my handy dandy Garmin again today, I clocked 5 miles in 48.38 mins. (9.43 pace) It felt amazing and I got a TON of quality Vit. D. It's so nice here today! I'm loving the cloudless day! :)
Not much else to update; Work is GREAT! The puppie are sooo sweet, and all is well!!!
Here are the rest of the pix from our fun seattle weekend. We went walking around Downtown and shopped Westlake. Then there are a few from the wedding (hubs was Best Man) and then some from the Seahawks Game!
Have a relaxing weekend!!!!!!!!

Me & Miss Gar$ get DOWN!!!!!!!
Miss Gar-Money is my new best friend! :)
Labor Day weekend when my fam was here, my dad gave me his GARMIN!!!!!!! YAYYYY YAHHHH YAAA~! I'm so stinkin excited!
Today it was goregous, 80 degrees, and I went out for my first solo session (we did 1 run & 1 bike ride when they were all here)
So, my goal was to ease into it. I run (sprint/trek/incline walk) on my Tready quite a bit. However, outside is a diff. story. I intend on adding walking runs consitently until I feel I can eliminate them! Warm Up, Cool down & three walking breaks included, I logged:
4.5 Miles in 48.50 mins. @ a 10.51 pace.
Question for all you runners: :)
DO YOU INCLUDE YOUR WALKING??? I know my actual running pace was faster, but when the walking is factored it.....it's slower. So, what do you do???
I gotta clean up and head back to work. Man I feel awesome!!!!!!! :)
I will recap our Seattle weekend tmrw, with pix, too! Heres one from the Seahawks game. Holy cow Quest Field is unbelievably loud!!!! I think my ears are still ringing!!!
Love to ya'll! HAPPY TUESDAY!!!!

What FUN interesting feedback!
WOW GUYS, such GREAT comments about my removal of the 'triple' threat!
I am still missing some boost pre-cardio, but dang, everything else is D.O.N.E.
I have to say my stubborn mindset is a huge part of it. Again, none of that stuff is "bad" but I mis-used it. SOOO, a big fat "F" it, and it's over. I'm done :)
But maybe just beginning........ :) :)
I wanna respond to the comments, which I don't always do, so here ya go:
Mike Casazza: HEY GOOD FOR YOU for kickin that snuff, and if that's what works, that's great. My husband used Nicorette to get off it, but, then got stuck on that.....so, you pick and you choose.
Lauren: Hi my love, I wouldn't say I crave pop. Actually, the carbonation always bloated me, so I feel better without it. Coffee was another story. It's hard, there is suchhhhhh a social aspect of it. But, hot water & lemon warms me up just fine. The no Caffiene.....well, still tough.
Krissa: Fab diet changes with the hubby! Seriously, you can do the Mountain dew, just BE DONE with it! And taper the gum if you're trying to quit that, too; for me it was just keeping my mouth busy.
Ape: Hey there! Oh man, I guess that was on my list, too, Hot Rox, and yes, that was gone last May. And by the way, we DVR Dance Your Ass off! Love it!
Becca: HOLA! I never did get on a splenda kick, but that's great you're using it less and less. I love the new tea you posted, I gotta try that. Keep rockin contest prep.
Nerd Girl: 1st, you are gorgeous, great job on your last comp! So, as far as quitting the gum, I just said "screw it" might as well add something else to my list to remove....:) I brush my teeth maybe an extra time or two....but tons of water has helped
Cuban Pete: Awesome job quiting cold turkey. You know, I think the mental is the biggest factor. I don't "NEED" any of that. so, yep, we are all in control of flipping that switch....one way or another! :)
Alright, I won't always do that, but this was so fun and interesting to see your experiences! Thank you very much!!!!!!!

Removal of the Triple Threat......
Sigh....it was an interesting week indeed. I decided to quit-cold turkey- the following:
1-Sugar Free Gum. I used to chew copious amounts. Not kidding. I would buy in mega mega bulk, and was close to finishing a pack a day. SUCCESS!!!! I find I'm 'bored' while working out...I'm used to chomping away, but I needed to eliminate this at least for now. Too much artifical consumption.....
2-Caffeine. Ohhhhhhhhhh boy. This was freaking hard. I used to split a coffee pot with my collegue and then drink TONS of regular green tea the rest of the day. While I don't see a problem with coffee or tea, I see this more as an experiment to give my liver a rest. Supposably caffeine is the hardest 'toxin' if you will for the liver to break down........so, that was my choice to eliminate it.
3-Diet Pop. specifically Diet mountain dew. This one I actually quit over a month ago. No problemo. I just set my mind straight, and there you have it, no mas. WAAAAAAYYYY too much artificial sh*t, not to mention the potential to zap my body of calcium. No beuno!
So, lemme tell you, this was a tough week mentally & physically! I found I rely on all of this artifical/toxic stuff!!!!!! no kidding, I would chew gum from the moment I was getting ready in the morning to after dinner. Coffee was consumed all morning, then green tea (caffeinated) the rest of the day. Diet pop was daily (but again, that one I'm totally over)
It's amazing how I would also rely on the caffeine to help me thru my workouts. I found it really hard to muster the energy without. BUT, I did it. I did it all and damn it I'm really freakin stoked! :) :)
This is all such a big deal for me because, again, there was NO MODERATION at all. Nada. So, we shall see if the coffee or tea will ever re-enter, but for now its' hella H20 and herbal teas, like peppermint & camomile. :0) good stuff.
here are some pix of the pups, they'll be 12 weeks this coming weekend. They're so much fun!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for hanging with me thru a LONG post; I feel really strong about the necessity for me to eliminate all of them! :)
Have you all eliminated anything that was super challenging? any tips for my continued success with it??

*Too funny not to post*
I think this is going around email circles, but dang, this is so stinking funny!!!
Nothinging like a funny forward to get you through the rest of thursday! can anyone say, FRIIIIDAYYYY yet???
All is well, puppies are great, fitness/nutrition are good, work excellent! :)
Random thoughts from people our age... (there are a lot..)
-I wish Google Maps had an "Avoid Ghetto" routing option.
-More often than not, when someone is telling me a story all I can
think about is that I can't wait for them to finish so that I can tell
my own story that's not only better, but also more directly involves
me.
-Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you
realize you're wrong.
-I don't understand the purpose of the line, "I don't need to drink to
have fun." Great, no one does. But why start a fire with flint and
sticks when they've invented the lighter?
-Have you ever been walking down the street and realized that you're
going in the complete opposite direction of where you are supposed to
be going? But instead of just turning a 180 and walking back in the
direction from which you came, you have to first do something like
check your watch or phone or make a grand arm gesture and mutter to
yourself to ensure that no one in the surrounding area thinks you're
crazy by randomly switching directions on the sidewalk.
-That's enough, Nickelback.
-I totally take back all those times I didn't want to nap when I was younger.
-Is it just me, or are 80% of the people in the "people you may know"
feature on Facebook people that I do know, but I deliberately choose
not to be friends with?
-Do you remember when you were a kid, playing Nintendo and it wouldn't
work? You take the cartridge out, blow in it and that would magically
fix the problem. Every kid in America did that, but how did we all
know how to fix the problem? There was no internet or message boards
or FAQ's. We just figured it out. Today's kids are soft.
-There is a great need for sarcasm font.
-Sometimes, I'll watch a movie that I watched when I was younger and
suddenly realize I had no idea what the f was going on when I first
saw it.
-I think everyone has a movie that they love so much, it actually
becomes stressful to watch it with other people. I'll end up wasting
90 minutes shiftily glancing around to confirm that everyone's
laughing at the right parts, then making sure I laugh just a little
bit harder (and a millisecond earlier) to prove that I'm still the
only one who really, really gets it.
-How the hell are you supposed to fold a fitted sheet?
-I would rather try to carry 10 plastic grocery bags in each hand than
take 2 trips to bring my groceries in.
- I think part of a best friend's job should be to immediately clear
your computer history if you die.
-The only time I look forward to a red light is when I’m trying to
finish a text.
- A recent study has shown that playing beer pong contributes to the
spread of mono and the flu. Yeah, if you suck at it.
- Was learning cursive really necessary?
- Lol has gone from meaning, "laugh out loud" to "I have nothing else to say".
- I have a hard time deciphering the fine line between boredom and hunger.
- My brother's Municipal League baseball team is named the Stepdads.
Seeing as none of the guys on the team are actual stepdads, I inquired
about the name. He explained, "Cuz we beat you, and you hate us."
Classy, bro.
- Whenever someone says "I'm not book smart, but I'm street smart",
all I hear is "I'm not real smart, but I'm imaginary smart".
- How many times is it appropriate to say "What?" before you just nod
and smile because you still didn't hear what they said?
- I love the sense of camaraderie when an entire line of cars teams up
to prevent a jerk from cutting in at the front. Stay strong, brothers!
- Every time I have to spell a word over the phone using 'as in'
examples, I will undoubtedly draw a blank and sound like a complete
idiot. Today I had to spell my boss's last name to an attorney and
said "Yes that's G as in...(10 second lapse)..ummm...Goonies"
-What would happen if I hired two private investigators to follow each other?
- While driving yesterday I saw a banana peel in the road and
instinctively swerved to avoid it...thanks Mario Kart.
- MapQuest really needs to start their directions on #5. Pretty sure I
know how to get out of my neighborhood.
- I find it hard to believe there are actually people who get in the
shower first and THEN turn on the water.
-Shirts get dirty. Underwear gets dirty. Pants? Pants never get dirty,
and you can wear them forever.
- I would like to officially coin the phrase 'catching the swine flu'
to be used as a way to make fun of a friend for hooking up with an
overweight woman. Example: "Dave caught the swine flu last night."
-I can't remember the last time I wasn't at least kind of tired.
- Bad decisions make good stories
-Whenever I'm Facebook stalking someone and I find out that their
profile is public I feel like a kid on Christmas morning who just got
the Red Ryder BB gun that I always wanted. 546 pictures? Don't mind if
I do!
- Is it just me or do high school girls get sluttier & sluttier every year?
-If Carmen San Diego and Waldo ever got together, their offspring
would probably just be completely invisible.
-Why is it that during an ice-breaker, when the whole room has to go
around and say their name and where they are from, I get so incredibly
nervous? Like I know my name, I know where I'm from, this shouldn't be
a problem....
-You never know when it will strike, but there comes a moment at work
when you've made up your mind that you just aren't doing anything
productive for the rest of the day.
-Can we all just agree to ignore whatever comes after DVDs? I don't
want to have to restart my collection.
-There's no worse feeling than that millisecond you're sure you are
going to die after leaning your chair back a little too far.
-I'm always slightly terrified when I exit out of Word and it asks me
if I want to save any changes to my ten page research paper that I
swear I did not make any changes to.
- "Do not machine wash or tumble dry" means I will never wash this ever.
-I hate being the one with the remote in a room full of people
watching TV. There's so much pressure. 'I love this show, but will
they judge me if I keep it on? I bet everyone is wishing we weren't
watching this. It's only a matter of time before they all get up and
leave the room. Will we still be friends after this?'
-I hate when I just miss a call by the last ring (Hello? Hello?
Dammit!), but when I immediately call back, it rings nine times and
goes to voicemail. What'd you do after I didn't answer? Drop the phone
and run away?
- I hate leaving my house confident and looking good and then not
seeing anyone of importance the entire day. What a waste.
-When I meet a new girl, I'm terrified of mentioning something she
hasn't already told me but that I have learned from some light
internet stalking.
-I like all of the music in my iTunes, except when it's on shuffle,
then I like about one in every fifteen songs in my iTunes.
-Why is a school zone 20 mph? That seems like the optimal cruising
speed for pedophiles...
- As a driver I hate pedestrians, and as a pedestrian I hate drivers,
but no matter what the mode of transportation, I always hate cyclists.
-Sometimes I'll look down at my watch 3 consecutive times and still
not know what time it is.
-It should probably be called Unplanned Parenthood.
-I keep some people's phone numbers in my phone just so I know not to
answer when they call.
-Even if I knew your social security number, I wouldn't know what do to with it.
-Even under ideal conditions people have trouble locating their car
keys in a pocket, and Pinning the Tail on the Donkey - but I’d bet my ass everyone can find and push the Snooze button from 3 feet away, in about 1.7 seconds, eyes closed, first time every time...
-My 4-year old son asked me in the car the other day "Dad what would
happen if you ran over a ninja?" How the hell do I respond to that?
-It really pisses me off when I want to read a story on CNN.com and
the link takes me to a video instead of text.
-I wonder if cops ever get pissed off at the fact that everyone they
drive behind obeys the speed limit.
-I think the freezer deserves a light as well.
-I disagree with Kay Jewelers. I would bet on any given Friday or
Saturday night more kisses begin with Miller Lites than Kay.
-The other night I ordered takeout, and when I looked in the bag, saw
they had included four sets of plastic silverware. In other words,
someone at the restaurant packed my order, took a second to think
about it, and then estimated that there must be at least four people
eating to require such a large amount of food. Too bad I was eating by
myself. There's nothing like being made to feel like a fat bastard
before dinner.
How many times did you nod your head? :) :) :)
Hey, btw, 17 again is a really cute movie. Recommend it!
love~

Fur Momma
Holy cow these babies are takin over our lives!!!!!!!!!!!! :) :)
In a completely AWESOME way, mind you.
When we got our kitties three years ago, it was nothing like this. Cats are so independent, you just provide food/water/clean litter/lap for them to sit they're good to go!
Now Bella & Blitz, its a whole other story.
1st off: I'm so glad we got them together. Even though it will make training a little more challenging, it has been so fun watching them play together and rest together.
2nd: I'm lucky to have a super flexible schedule where I am able to be home mid morning and afternoon before my hubs gets home for the day.
oh, did I mention they get up at 530. Yep, we're working on that one, but quite frankly my ideal sleep would be 930-530. It's the 930 that is hard when I don't get home until 8 sometimes for bootcamp!
Alright, here are some more pix. I'm hardly on here anymore because all of my free time is with B-squared! :)
Blitz running....
There he is!!!!
